We were recently tasked with developing a demo app for use on the Android tablets on sale in the Dixons-owned Currys and PC World stores, which would tie in with their current Windows 8 app. This product promotion application needed to fulfil 2 main requirements; to provide a positive and engaging customer experience where the user can learn more about the device it’s installed on, while also offering a platform to promote ‘add-on’ items such as related accessories and warranties.
